A Message from the Bishop of WyomingThe Rt. Rev. Bruce CaldwellWe are all called to mission and ministry. The measure of our faith is our response to the needs of those around us. Over the years I have seen creative and caring responses as both individuals and our Christian communities reach out to need. Now, through the "Mustard Seed Mission", we have the opportunity to engage every congregation in our diocese in active mission. God must surely be smiling upon us. Let's not draw back from this call. Let's move forward. I imagine a Kingdom tree growing out of this small mustard seed: a Kingdom tree so large that the poor, the lonely, the old, the young, the sick, and the hungry can find within it a place of refuge and peace. May God bless your efforts –all for Christ's sake and God's glory. Bruce |
