Step III: Tending the Plant

A) Read and study Luke 2:1-7. Offer a prayer for this meeting.

B) Discuss: 1: What leadership roles are needed to make our Mustard Seed project successful? Some areas to consider are: development of an action plan, budget, providing oversight, and communicating progress, etc. 2: After you define the roles, decide who will be called to step into these roles. (If these people are not present, who will talk to them about the call?) 3: How will the whole congregation support this mission team?

C) Prepare for the next meeting: The first task of your Mustard Seed Mission team will be to begin to share the news of the beginning of the project with your church and community. They may also what to share an outline of the proposed project with the whole diocese on the website at hap:// www.wyomingdiocese.org/mustardseedmission. Close with prayer.
